Start at Piazza Barberini (the fountain where Mastroianni's car breaks down in La Dolce Vita). Walk up Via Veneto, stopping at Harry's Bar for an aperitivo. Continue to the Porta Pinciana and the edge of Villa Borghese. This is the walk that defined an era.
